Facilities Management Services:
Many of our customers prefer to handover the maintenance of their entire campus / facility to us for doing the post installation support. They prefer our services for maintaining products supplied by us and all other equipments in their entire data centre / server room. We provide highly skilled L1/L2/L3 engineers who can support the entire customer IT infrastructure onsite. We have team of able L3 engineers in our office who assist the onsite engineers for troubleshooting.
We also provide remote management services for some of critical components in the customer networks.
Managed Services:
We also provide a "pay per use" model for some of the critical IT products. We study the requirements in terms of software, hardware and services and then evolve a model where you can pay for the services of the proposed hardware & software.
In this solution the customer can a very small / no capex and we will operate on a opex model.
Consulting:
We offer consultancy services for organization with respect to design of large and complex networks like CAN, MAN, LAN, WAN (Copper and Optical Network), Wireless Network, Management tools, RFP Documentation etc.
